Just a reminder to all players: 5-somes and 6-somes are not permitted during regular play at Cardinal Golf Course.

We will not sacrifice pace of play for the rest of the course and our members. Large groups create significant backups and impact everyone’s experience on the course.

Our staff has been instructed to no longer allow oversized groups during normal tee times. The only exception will be at the very end of the day as the final tee time(s), when pace of play is no longer affecting others.

Additionally, we will no longer allow extra riders if it requires pulling additional carts from the fleet. Multiple riders per group has become a major issue and contributes heavily to cart shortages and pace delays.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation as we continue working to keep rounds moving and the course enjoyable for all players.

Behind the scenes at Cardinal 👀🌱

Our grounds crew got a surprise delivery of sod yesterday and jumped right into an improvement project on some of our trickier tee boxes. These guys have been putting in the work to continue improving conditions around the course and we’re excited to see it come together.

The following tee boxes will be closed to allow the new sod time to heal:
• #2 White
• #3 White + Red
• #6 White
• #7 White
• #9 White
• #11 & #15 Red

Big shoutout to the crew for rolling with a last-minute project and putting in the extra effort to keep Cardinal looking great 👏⛳️

We have set up temporary tee boxes for the time being on those holes. Please help us out by avoiding the newly sodded areas while everything gets established over the next few weeks!
