Caitlynn Traylor is a Louisiana native with over 15 years of experience in the restaurant, bar, and food service industry. She has been with Copeland’s of New Orleans since 2017 and currently serves as Banquet & Catering Sales Manager for the Shreveport and Baton Rouge locations. Known for her attention to detail, strong communication, timeliness, and genuine Southern hospitality, Caitlynn takes pride in creating meaningful experiences while building lasting relationships.

It was an honor to be nominated for Outstanding Catering Professional at last night's Visit Shreveport Bossier's Excellence in Hospitality awards banquet. I truly love what I do and I am ecstatic to be recognized on this level!
