FRANK’S Louisiana Kitchen is OPEN at 50% of our seating capacity! We are observing all social distancing guidelines. Tables that are “in use” are at least 10’ apart. Staff will be wearing masks & gloves, washing hands frequently, sanitizing tables between uses and all customer surfaces throughout the day.
Outdoor on the patio, we will resume full table service and of course observe all of the safety guidelines described above. The front “covered” patio will be open but will most likely require a little cooperation from Mother Nature!
Curbside Takeaway will continue, and you can order from FRANK’S Pizza Napoletana and have it delivered using the Delivery.com & Waitr apps.

FRANK’S Louisiana Kitchen is the second restaurant from Shreveport natives Chef Frank Harris IV and businessman Brian Flournoy.
Opened in late May 2017 in Windrush Village, south Shreveport’s beautiful Provenance neighborhood, our goal is for our guests to feel like they took a trip to New Orleans, without ever having to leave town!
Chef de Cuisine, Sean Sullivan a veteran of Brennan’s in New Orleans among other famous culinary haunts in the Big Easy, puts new twists on Louisiana classics. We source the BEST, FRESHEST seafood, meats & produce available (local whenever possible) and make every dish from scratch, using authentic, time-tested Louisiana recipes & techniques, prepare each plate creatively and serve each customer with welcoming, gracious Southern charm in a casual, relaxed atmosphere.
Like we say on our menu: “We love to eat. We love to cook for people who love to eat even more!” Our chefs and cooks really mean that! We butcher all our own meat & fish. We make our boudin, breakfast sausage & cure our own bacon. We use ONLY Louisiana crawfish as well as shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico. We serve Ledienheimer French bread brought up from New Orleans, use it for our Po-Boys and in our bread pudding. We make all of our desserts and ice creams.
Let’s talk Oysters! Quietly working down at the end of the bar you’ll find our oyster shuckers, expertly popping open bi-valves from the Gulf of Mexico as well as from pristine oyster beds from all over America’s vast shoreline. Be sure and check out the chalkboard for today’s offerings.

It’s the goal of General Manager Banetha Guillory and her wait staff, to be fully attentive, never obtrusive; friendly, yet not overly chatty. They strive to be fluent in the food we serve, able to advise on how every dish tastes and suggest a wine or beer that will best accompany the selection you’ve made.
