DOES THE GLITTER COME OFF? Nope! No flaking glitter, or peeling decals. The entire outside of the cup is sealed with multiple layers of epoxy. The result is a glass-smooth, durable, waterproof finish. Cups are susceptible to gravity and can crack or chip if dropped on a hard surface, just like a glass would break or stainless steel would dent, however this is not at all a common occurrence.

HOW MUCH DO THESE COST? Below are the starting prices for our custom tumblers. These prices are for full coverage of one color, with one, basic, single-color decal. We reserve the right to increase prices based on design and intricacies requested. All our tumblers (except for the wine tumbler) come with a lid and straw. HOW DO I ORDER? Simply send a message! I am happy to answer any questions, and work with you to design the perfect cup for you! Most of our items are custom designed, so if you have an idea for a cup the best way to order is to send a message.

PAYMENT Due to customization, payment is due when an order is placed. An order begins once the order has been paid.

WHAT CUPS DO YOU USE? Our tumblers are stainless steel, double wall, vacuum insulated with a plastic lid and come with a straw. I stock the Hogg Brand tumblers, and love this brand. They keep your hot drinks hot for 8 hours and your ice cold for 24+.

TURNAROUND Because each item is handmade, my turnaround time is currently 2-4 weeks. This can increase at any time depending on how many orders I get, and always increases around holidays. I do not sacrifice quality to push orders out the door, so when I get busy I increase my turnaround time to make sure that every cup is up to my high standards. If your cup is needed before our normal turnaround time, we may be able to add rush fee to get it to you sooner. MINIMUM turnaround time for rush orders is 4 days.

I do my best to get your order out in a timely manner, if you have a specific deadline (birthday, vacation, holiday, etc…) please let me know so I can be sure to let you know if this is feasible.

SHIPPING I ship all over the US. Shipping cost is estimated by your zipcode and the weight of your item(s) and usually varies from $4 to $12. We ship Priority and you will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Local customers are welcome to pick up their orders at no additional charge, by appointment. Local orders must be picked up within 5 business days of order completion. Shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days. Please understand that shipping times are entirely out of my control. I can guarantee I will ship by a certain date, but I can only provide an estimated delivery date for you. Weather, holidays, and many other factors influence your shipping times and packages occasionally get delayed.

CAN I PUT MY CUP IN THE DISHWASHER? All our drink ware items are hand wash only, no dishwasher, microwave, or soaking.

DOES THE GLITTER COME OFF? Nope! The entire design is sealed with multiple coats of a Food safe epoxy resin that is durable and smooth. The glitter will not flake off, it has the appearance of being under glass and is smooth and shiny.

CAN YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS? Yes! All of my cups are custom made. You can choose from a design I have already done, or create one of your own. You can tell me exactly what you would like and I will make it happen. I love to work with you to make your cup exactly as you would like it!

I ALREADY HAVE A STAINLESS STEEL CUP, CAN YOU JUST USE MINE? We do not currently offer a Bring Your Own Cup option.

SHIPMENTS In the instance that an item is damaged during shipping, I am happy to remake the item for you upon photo proof of the damage. This includes photos of the item, the damage, the packaging, and any damage to the packaging itself, these photos are used to make a claim with USPS. I handle the claim, and make you a new cup in the meantime.
