Fridays Featured Favorite is our Youngblood Rose. Château d'Estoublon's 'Roseblood' is a premium rosé from Provence, France, known for its elegant, dry style with notes of red berries, citrus, and floral hints, often featuring a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Rolle grapes.

Think On It Thursday
When most people think of wine pairings, they picture charcuterie boards, artisan cheeses, and candlelit tables.
But what if one of the best pairings has been hiding in plain sight all along?
Popcorn.
Think on it.
The bright acidity and lively bubbles of Prosecco pair beautifully with the buttery, salty crunch of popcorn. A crisp Sauvignon Blanc can bring out subtle sweetness. Even a lightly oaked Chardonnay can create a surprisingly cozy pairing experience.
Maybe great pairings aren't always about complexity.
Maybe they're about balance.
A little salty.A little bubbly.A little whimsy.
It's a reminder that some of life's best combinations aren't the ones we expect.

We are thankful for our Handyman, aka our Husband. After working a full day at his job, he came home and worked on the pool a little, then continued with more work by doing some patch work on this extremely old flooring.
👌🏼We may not have been able to lend a hand, a foot maybe,…but we insured the paper towels and iced tea were on standby.
