Pan Seared Boneless Trout topped with Roasted Sliced Almonds served with a baked potato or rice pilaf, the chefs veggie and soup or salad is our fish special. Loren is making Pan Seared Mahi Mahi served on marinated veggies or Prime Rib tonight for dinner specials. The Prime Rib will be available slow roasted or blackened in two sizes. Cool off with a summery, fruity drink called an Electric Smurf. It features Malibu, Blue Curacao, pineapple juice and sprite. Don’t forget dessert! We are offering Turtle Cheesecake, Oreo Cheesecake, and Lemon Meringue Pie. Hope to see you soon!

This weekend we will be offering slow roasted prime rib, blackened prime rib, or a shrimp wedge salad along with our main menu. The salad is a wedge of crisp iceberg lettuce topped with swirls of balsamic glaze and two chilled shrimp skewers. It is garnished with crumbled blue cheese and fresh veggies. It’s the perfect light summer meal. Our drink special is called Summer Sunset. It’s a refreshing blend of peach vodka, orange and lemon juice with a splash of grenadine.
