A little note from Janae 🍷

Pinot Grigio was my first love in w**e. It was the w**e I ordered, the w**e I knew, and the w**e that first made me curious about what was in my glass.

As I started exploring w**e more seriously, I stepped away from Pinot Grigio to discover different grapes, regions, and styles. But I noticed something, I kept finding my way back to it.

Only now, with a more developed palate, I wanted more than the basic house Pinot Grigio or the familiar bottle from the grocery store. I wanted to understand what made me fall in love with this grape in the first place and discover just how interesting Pinot Grigio, and Pinot Gris, can actually be.

So I went looking…

These three bottles represent three different expressions of a grape I’ve loved for years: Dalia Pinot Grigio, Van Duzer Estate Pinot Gris, and Terlano Pinot Grigio. From approachable and refreshing to textured, expressive, and elevated, they’re a chance to up your PG game and discover what this grape can really do.

I hope you’ll come explore them with me. Maybe you’ll discover a new side of an old favorite, too.

🍷 Happy Pinot Noir Day!

A few fun facts about this fascinating grape:

Pinot Noir is a parent of both Chardonnay and Gamay.

It’s also one of the principal grapes in Ch*****ne, adding body, structure and delicious fruit character.

Pinot can be light and elegant, with flavors of cherry, raspberry and cranberry, often with earthy notes.

It’s famously fussy to grow, but when it’s good, it’s REALLY good.

And we’re celebrating! 🎉

We’re officially on Baby Watch! As we excitedly wait for the arrival of Ian & Cheyenne’s baby girl, there’s a lot happening around W**e Collective + PRESS Coffee Lounge this week!

[ART] A new artist has arrived! We’re excited to welcome the work of Donna Downey to our gallery. Come explore her pieces, watch for details about her upcoming artist reception, and mark your calendar for The Creative Pour with Donna on September 15. Space is limited, so secure your spot now!

And if you miss Sean Johnson’s artwork in our gallery, you can still see his work! His art is currently on display at the Cleveland County Administrative Building, so be sure to stop by and check it out.

[DRINK DROP] A new collaboration just dropped! Our friends at Newgrass Brewing Company. have released a bourbon barrel-aged coffee stout featuring our Paula Brix coffee from Three Oaks Roasting Co.

Tonight at W**e Collective & PRESS Coffee Lounge, we’ll be serving up a new flatbread while listening to some amazing music from The Tired Teachers!! 🎶
