This weekend, Chef is excited to highlight our fresh summer menu. Due to popular demand, many of your favorite dishes have landed a permanent spot on the menu. From refreshing salads and handcrafted pizzas to fresh seafood, hearty pastas, and everyone's FAVORITE chocolate cake, these guest favorites are here to stay!
Summer Salad
Field greens, fresh burrata, shaved fennel, cucumber, pickled red onion, strawberries, oranges, mixed berry vinaigrette.
Watermelon Salad
Watermelon, cucumber, pickled red onion, shaved fennel, feta, fresh mint, EVOO, balsamic glaze.
Pollo Casa Blanca
Sauteed chicken breasts, tiger shrimp, lemon wine butter sauce, artichoke, capers, herb roasted potatoes, baby spinach.
Sweet Chili Salmon
Sweet Calabrian chili glaze, baby spinach, saffron couscous.
Sicilian Pizza (one of Chef's favorites!)
EVOO, mozzarella, spicy soppressata, hot capicola, Castelvetrano olives, artichokes.
Prosciutto Pizza
Prosciutto di Parma, honey fig jam, EVOO, arugula, radicchio, shaved parmesan.
Rigatoni Rustico
House sausage, mushrooms, roasted red pepper, baby spinach, shaved parmesan.
Rigatoni alla Vodka
Creamy vodka sauce, Grana Padano, fresh basil.
Chocolate Layer Cake
Moist chocolate cake layered with decadent chocolate mousse, vanilla whipped cream.
Dinner served daily. Lunch served every weekend Friday–Sunday, with the kitchen opening at 11 AM.
