Pizza Carbonara
Our signature pizza baked with parmesan cream, mozzarella, smoked bacon, and whipped egg yolk. Finished with Italian parsley.

Pollo Milanese
Panko parmesan encrusted chicken breast sauteed with EVOO and accompanied by an arugula & radicchio salad with sweety drop peppers and pepperoncini in a lemon vinaigrette. Finished with flake sea salt, shaved parmesan, and charred lemon.

Salmone Amalfitano
