Golden saffron risotto filled with braised beef short rib, pork shank, sweet peas, and mozzarella, lightly crisped and served with our slow-simmered Bolognese.

Pollo Siciliano
Parmesan panko breaded chicken pan fried and served with garlic spinach and roasted redskins. Fresh Ammoglio served on the side.

Grilled Bronzino
Boneless Mediterranean style Bronzino filet marinated and char-grilled. Accompanied by toasted pearl couscous, baby spinach sauteed with fresh garlic, finished with crumbled feta.

Tortelloni Toscana

Roasted Roots & Whipped Goat Cheese  Creamy whipped goat cheese topped with roasted baby carrots and beets, warm fall spices, fig jam, and toasted sunflower seeds. Served with grilled crostini.

Braised Lamb Shank  Slow-braised lamb shank served over crispy goat cheese polenta with sautéed rapini, demi-glace.

Lobster Ravioli  House-made saffron ravioli filled with fresh lobster and Italian cheeses, tossed in a brandy lobster cream sauce with a touch of Calabrian chili. Finished with sweet lobster claw meat and delicate scallion ribbons.

Slow braised beef short rib finished with a red w**e tomato demi-glace and fresh chives. Served over creamy polenta and crispy broccolini.

Blackened Grouper
Fresh grouper filet seasoned and blackened to perfection, served over basmati rice with sun-dried tomatoes and baby spinach, finished with our house-made Romesco Citrus Aioli.

Crispy pollo Picatta
Seasoned panko-crusted chicken breast fried until golden, topped with sauteed mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and capers. Finished with a rich lemon white w**e butter sauce and paired with herb roasted potatoes, fresh garlic baby spinach.

Campfire Cannoli’s

Dry-aged for exceptional tenderness and depth of flavor, sliced and finished with garlic herb butter and fleur de sel. Served with grilled baby carrots and mascarpone whipped potatoes.
