More jersey winners! A huge (and belated) congrats to the Chuckanut Brewery team for winning a World B**r Cup® Gold medal this year in German-style Kölsch with our Salzgitter pils. Can we stop by and have a Kranz full of Kolsch please?

We may be a bit late but we come through, we awarded Ben Edmunds and all of the crew with the first of our exclusive hockey jerseys for winning gold at either GABF or WBC using at least 50 percent of Boortmalt malts in their grain bills.

We have some more amazing winners coming up so make sure to stay tuned.

Join the varsity team and start brewing with Prairie Malt. You'll look better in a blue hockey jersey, trust us.

Great b**r starts with great malt and great malt needs great people to sell it. We're hiring two Craft Managers — Southwest and Northeast! If you're interested check out the link to the listings below.

Huge shout-out to our friends for putting on an awesome Logjammin'. We had a lot of fun.

Can someone tell me, the lowly social media manager, what's going on with this tricycle?

Low-color base malts are all the rage these days, and for good reason. Tune in later today for an in-depth discussion with our Quality Manager Daniel Hymus and our friends from Great Lakes, Liability, Third Space, and Craft B**r and Brewing.

We'll explore:
- The trends driving increased use of low-color malts
- Production and brewing considerations when using ultra-pale malts
- Real-world insights from brewers incorporating them into a variety of b**r styles

Huge thanks to for another amazing Invitational. As seems to be tradition, we were having too much fun and didn't take enough photos.

Well we're *very* late with this post but we wanted to give a big shout-out to all of the medal winners at WBC this year. We had a blast in Philly. Thanks to everyone who came by our booth and to our party. Cheers!
