Someone much smarter than me once said, “you need to be 100% in or 100% out”. After 16 years of being here, I realized I just don’t have the heart for running my own business anymore.

Thank you so much to everyone for the support and encouragement to allow me to follow this dream. There were a lot of great moments and life lessons that wouldn’t have been possible without all of you. And an especially huge thank you to Candace. She has been there every step of the way and makes me a happier person everyday.

I’ll be taking a couple of weeks to unravel everything I started and will be listing the building shortly thereafter. Thank you again everyone! As Vinnie Jones said at the end of Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, “It’s been emotional”

Thank you to everyone that came down this week and gave the food a try!! Always good to see some faces I've missed.
On a side note, our lettuce is grown right here in Sheboygan County year-round. Thank you to Lois and the staff at Lake Orchard Farms for bringing us such fresh and vibrant lettuce!!

At long last, we're ready to begin a new chapter. First, I would like to send a big thank you to everyone who supported the bar over the years!!! I got to know some great people and made some of my favorite memories here. I always said it's the customers that made the O a great place to work and play.

However, things have, um..., changed over the course of the last couple of years. I've decided to go back to my first passion, food.

We will operating as to-go and grab-and-go restaurant called 'The O to Go'. You can check out the hours & menu on our website. theotogo.com

We will be open starting tomorrow at 3.

The bar is still intact and available for private parties on Saturdays or Sundays, but we ask all customers use the side door for restaurant business. I'll try and keep up with questions when I can, obviously I'll be a bit busy doing prep, so please be patient.
