Cat's Black Meow is now on tap!
A Black Saison that leans more towards a English Porter...Apparently Saison yeasts don't like 60 degree ferment temps...oops. But is still pretty tasty.

Boy its been awhile!
Belgian golden with Brett is in bottles as of two weeks ago.
New IPA going to Hopfest is split between bottles and keg as of a week ago.
What should we brew before leaving for Mexico?

Just paired a semi-bitter chocolate with the Weizenbock. Wow I recommend trying to pair chocolate with big beers. its a win win.

brettanomyces bruxellensis was added to the Golden Brett of Brussels beer. Very excited for the outcome.

If all goes as planned I should have the Kegerator running next weekend with La Petite Orange, a Belgian pale. yum
