Wednesday May 25th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM
for a Bacon Class!

A night of wine and bacon inspired small bites enjoyed while learning
how to make your very own bacon.

We will have veteran bacon and sausage maker Bill Thiel from Ohio's favorite
butcher, restaurant and grocer Saddleberk Farms instructing on how to make bacon.

Each guest will be supplied with the their own quarter pork belly and Bill will walk us through the process with onscreen diagrams, hand outs and recipes.

Chef John will create tasty bites
from bacon that Saddleberk made. Wines will accompany also representing our favorite little pigs. This session is limited to 24 people so reserve quickly this will surely fill quick and may be the start of similar interactive events.
