Just a reminder that the German Choir is starting up again next week, April 16. Rehearsals will run weekly on Thursday nights 7-8 pm until the concert (also at 7 pm) on June 11, 2026. Then you're free for the summer! You'll see a mixture of new toasting songs, a few American patriotic tunes, and some familiar polkas.
Dues for this concert at $20 so we can support our amazing accompanists, Daeun and Ron. Please invite a friend to join the fun! I've got a magnum of champagne for the person that brings in the most new members... Interested in. joining, contact the club manager at 724.866.7036.

Hello Everyone,
Recently, we learned of the unfortunate passing of Doug Pearson. For those of you that didn't know Doug personally, as Club members you may remember him performing there on multiple occasions, once for a Repeal Day after party with Black Tie Optional as a guitarist in a duo with Tracy, his long-time partner and vocalist, and several times on our "Surf Rock" nights performing with the Grease Monkeys and the Hi-Fi's, as Doug was an instrumental leader and participant in the local Surf Rock scene.
Doug was a fantastic guitarist, and an even better human being. He will be sorely missed by us at the Club.
For those of you that knew him and would like to pay any final respects, there will be a memorium in his honor on July 24 from 2:00-4:00 pm at the Slippery Rock Pavillion in Mill Creek Park, Youngstown if you are interested in attending.
Thank you Doug, for the fun times, and the music.

We’re sorry to report that our scheduled entertainer for tonight, Jeff Welsh, tragically passed away last night from natural causes.
In the years that we’ve known Jeff we’ve never known him to be anything but a talented, extremely happy and positive gentleman who was dedicated to playing and teaching music. We’d like to extend our deepest condolences to his friends and family. He will be missed.
His friend of 46 years, Chuck Gisewhite will be playing tonight from 7:00-9:00 in Jeff’s honor.
