this is definitely a bittersweet post to make. ❤️
After four incredible years, my time as the owner of Ruckers Bar is coming to an end. With the bar being sold, our final night will be Saturday, October 24th — and I can’t think of a better way to close out this chapter than with one last big Halloween Party! 🎃🍻
When I started this journey four years ago, I had no idea just how much this little bar would come to mean to me. Ruckers has been so much more than a place to grab a drink. It’s been birthdays, celebrations, fundraisers, late nights, packed dance floors, way too many laughs, new friendships, old friendships, and countless memories I’ll carry with me forever.
To every single person who has walked through those doors, sat at the bar, bought a drink, attended an event, brought your friends, shared a post, helped out when I needed it, or simply continued showing up — THANK YOU.
There is absolutely no way Ruckers Bar could have made it these four years without the support of this community and all of the people who have supported me along the way. I hope you know how much I have appreciated every single one of you.
As excited as I am for what comes next, saying goodbye to this chapter is harder than I thought it would be. This place has given me memories and friendships that will last long after I hand over the keys.
