The weekend is here! Come all ye who are weary from harvest, and have a meal with us! Ha! It’s such a busy time, let us cook for you!

Our first special is a Tex Mex favorite here. We start with a jumbo crisp fried flour tortilla, top with locally sourced refried beans(hey 21st Century Bean Processing) add local beef, and Spanish rice, top with lettuce, cheese, tomato, and sour cream. Served with our famous food truck salsa. $12

Special appetizer offering is house made chips, and queso! We had an inbox full of messages asking for more queso, after our lunch Monday, do we are delivering! $8

Need a little more luxury in your life? How about a hand cut 8 oz local beef filet, cooked to order, and topped with a Cajun cream shrimp sauce? $36

I’ve got a layered churro cheesecake/cake for dessert. It’s cheesecake, and cake with a sweet slightly crunchy cinnamon churro topping! Broccoli is available to sub for your green bean veg, and don’t forget the baked sweet potato!

Thanks for everyone for understanding last night as we ran a skeleton crew until the Rodeo was over. Small towns are amazing, and it takes a lot of the same folks to make multiple things happen. Kim rocked it in the dining room, and grateful for Brodie, and Tye coming in and “running slack” to catch us all up at the end of the show. Lex, and Lee were working all the kitchen stations with me, and we had a great night. Hopefully wait times weren’t too long while we were short, and you still had a great meal, and will come back and see us again soon. As I listened to the laughter and fun going on with our customers last night, I counted blessings to be doing what we do here, with the folks we have working along side us. We sure appreciate each and every person God has placed in our path. Thank you!

What a cool cloudy couple days it’s been! We have a weekend menu to brighten your mood!

Our weekend special has two options.
The Farmboy, or the Farmgirl. The farm boy is an open faced burger, cooked your ways on Texas toast, served with fries, smothered in country cream gravy, and topped with cheese. The Farmgirl has all those components but sub the beef for crispy chicken fried chicken. It’s sure to be a warm hearty stock to your ribs meal, comfort food!

For dessert we have a couple options. Our pumpkin pie cake, that’s become a favorite for some of you! With all the warm holiday flavors, and the best of both pumpkin cake and pie rolled into one!

Our house made brownie sundae. Fresh scratch made brownie, topped with ice cream and chocolate sauce.

We have a few after game specials also! $2.75 beers!

We also gave our firecracker shrimp filling in for the bang bang shrimp that’s out of stock. Thanks for understanding! Baked sweet potatoes are again a side option for meals as well.
