Chef Ethan is at it again. Come down and enjoy his Chicken Po Boy Sandwich—Pickled brine chicken breast in a buttermilk batter on a hoagie roll, pickles, tomato, onion, ice burg, coleslaw, and old bay mayo with a touch Tabasco. Pair it with a cup of Beef Stew.
