Big news!!

Meet our new general manager, Beth Anderson.

We are lucky to have her and want to give her a huge welcome. Let’s show her a true Woodchucks welcome. She comes with a ton of experience.

Beth began her restaurant career at 16 as a hostess at Bollá Pasta in Cordova and quickly discovered her passion for hospitality. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience with brands such as Logan’s Roadhouse, O’Charley’s, Olive Garden, Bazars, and Mugshots in both Olive Branch and Collierville. She also owned and operated a cupcake shop in Olive Branch, giving her firsthand knowledge of running a business from the ground up.

The restaurant industry has always been more than just a job for Beth. She truly loves creating memorable experiences for guests and building strong, motivated teams. Here at Woodchucks-Retro Dough-The Hideout, her goal is to grow our reputation as a go-to destination in the community, ensure every guest leaves happy, and foster a positive, supportive culture for our team. We excited to be part of this journey and look forward to what we’ll accomplish together.
