Position Overview:
JJ’s Smokehouse Bar and Grill is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team! As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our staff to deliver the best dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
