They have done everything on their own and mom tells me to stay out of it and let them run their business their way. It’s hard to not jump in and give my input, but she’s right. I know-sometimes my wife is right. Ok there I said it.

Chef Chanse had move to The Big Catch at Salt Creek. While maintaining the current menu, Chef will start adding his twist to the menu. Come hang out and ask for the Chef; just be mindful that it's a very busy restaurant, he'll come out as soon as he can. Congrats to Chef!

We welcome Chef Chanse Chanthalansy to lead our culinary team. We look forward to some interesting new dishes as we continue to expand and elevate our menu including Chef’s tables with limited vintage wines curated by our wine importer.

With The Abandon being close and me working at Da Sesto’s I won’t be able to keep everyone updated on our page as often; more than likely this page will be closed.

Soon I will be in charge of our social media posts and creating new flavors for specials and events.

Chef Chanse accepted a position as Chef at Da Sesto. At the moment he is training himself on Italian cuisine and learning the menu. Once the holiday season is over, Chef Chanse will have the opportunity to bring his flavors and ideas to the restaurant. Two great chefs under one roof.

Chef Chanse and Sous Chef Wayne are trying to cook as much food as we can to use up our ingredients. We apologize that some of them are not on the menu and some items on the menu are either gone or running really low.

For the next three days will be tough as we sell out many things, but at the same time… the Chefs are willing to cook off the menu stuff.

But please understand that it will take time to cook.
