Today we remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. Memorial Day is more than a holiday — it’s a time to honor the heroes who sacrificed their lives so we can enjoy family, friends, freedom, and community.

Here at Roadkill Cafe in Seligman, AZ, we proudly salute those heroes and their families. As we fire up the grill this Memorial Day, we remember that freedom isn’t free.

“You Kill It, We Grill It” — but today, we honor those who gave it all.
