Another exciting milestone for Fischer Clerking, LLC!
When I started clerking my dad's annual bison sale back in 2017, I never dreamed this little side gig would grow into what it is today. What started with one sale a year has turned into multiple auctions, an online platform, and the opportunity to work with producers all over the country. It's pretty crazy to think how much has changed in 9 years!
I've been fortunate to work with some great consignors over the years who have trusted me to market and sell their animals. And the buyers - we've gone from local producers to buyers from coast to coast, with people even reaching out from Canada and Mexico. It's been pretty neat watching those connections grow.
One of my favorite parts of all this has been getting involved with different bison associations and meeting so many people along the way. Every association has its own goals and ideas, but everyone is working toward the same thing, a stronger bison industry. There's something pretty special about the friendships and family atmosphere in this industry.
I'm proud of what I've been able to build with Fischer Clerking, but I certainly haven't done it alone. I appreciate everyone who's trusted me with their animals, supported our auctions, or helped me figure things out along the way. Nine years in, and I'm still learning as I grow.
Fischer Clerking is now able to sell bison in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Kansas, and Tennessee!
