BEHIND THE APRON! (baby on the way!!) :)

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate one of the hardworking faces behind the scenes who helps keep our restaurant running smoothly!

With 7 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Laurel is no stranger to hard work. She’s worked almost every position there is in a restaurant and is always looking for something new to learn, try, and keep herself busy. That dedication, versatility, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed make her such an important part of our team!

She’s also lived in 5 different states, giving her a wonderful perspective on different cultures, people, and foods. It’s always fun hearing about her experiences and connecting with others who have moved around or know what it’s like to miss a little taste of home.

Outside of work, she’s a proud mama to a little one who is almost 2, with another sweet baby on the way — arriving just in time to be the family’s Christmas present this year! 🎄👶❤️

We are so thankful for all the hard work, dedication, energy, and heart she brings to our team every day. We appreciate you more than you know!

With 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Margarita knows exactly what it takes to keep a kitchen moving. She thrives on the fast pace, the energy, and the challenge of constantly getting better. 🔥

As our Expo, Margarita takes pride in every single plate that leaves the kitchen. She knows that every dish represents our team and, most importantly, the experience we want our guests to have. Her attention to detail and commitment to making sure our guests are happy are truly something special. 👏

But what motivates Margarita the most? Her three kids. ❤️
