Behind every bottle is a story—and this month, we’re celebrating two husband-and-wife teams who have poured their passion, hard work, and vision into every wine they make. 🍷❤️

🍇 Grand Scheme Wines June 1–14 .sonoma
Founded by Tom & Krissy, Grand Scheme produces small-lot wines from organically farmed vineyards in Carneros and throughout Sonoma County. Their approach is thoughtful, hands-on, and focused on showcasing the character of each vineyard site.

🌄 Paix Sur Terre June 8–28 .slo
For Ryan & Nicole Pease, winemaking is an exploration of Paso Robles’ wild side. Inspired by the great wines of France’s Rhône Valley, Ryan seeks out distinctive vineyard sites throughout the Central Coast to craft bold yet nuanced wines with a strong sense of place. Known for creative blends, unexpected varietals, and labels as memorable as the wines themselves, Paix Sur Terre has become a favorite among adventurous wine lovers looking for something beyond the ordinary.

We’re pouring something special at both locations this week with two featured wineries that beautifully reflect a sense of place, family, and intention behind every bottle.

☀️ In Sonoma, we’re featuring — a winery rooted in the Petaluma Gap and inspired by the interconnectedness of nature, farming, and community. Founded by Al & Lisa Brayton with acclaimed Winemaker Shane Finley, their wines are elegant yet approachable, expressive, and deeply connected to the land they farm.

☀️ In SLO, we’re celebrating — a multi-generational Paso Robles winery known for biodynamic farming, Rhône-inspired wines, and a commitment to regenerative agriculture led by owners Cris & Jo Ann Cherry and family. Thoughtful wines with soul, energy, and purpose. 🍇

Every lot is handled by hand, every blend dialed in to express the site, not a formula by Owner/Winemaker Bret Urness. Region is a space built on connection - bringing together guests and the stories behind the glass in partnership with 40+ local wineries.

We’re looking for a part-time Wine Tasting Guide to support our team - another rockstar who brings thoughtful hospitality, attention to detail, and a genuine love for creating welcoming, memorable experiences.

This is a small, flexible role, but an important one within our close-knit and diverse wine-loving community.

If this feels like your kind of place, we’d love to meet you.

Basic requirements:
✨ Wine experience a must, curiosity & passion essential
✨ Weekday and Weekend availability
