Open until 10pm Fri/Sat Herb & Bitter is a bar and restaurant where anyone can enjoy great, unique cocktails and outstanding food without all the pretension. Our bar program is progressive and centered around amari, herbal liqueurs, fresh herbs, and the cornucopia of cocktails we can create using those ingredients. We strive to push the boundary of conventional drinking, while ensuring that our cocktails remain familiar and approachable. In addition to this, we have a dozen wines by the glass, and an 18 beer draft list that changes frequently. The food at Herb & Bitter is meant to be shared with friends. Our food menu is diverse and eclectic, with a nod to the small plates popular in Spanish cuisine. We also incorporate other Mediterranean cuisines and flavors of the world into our dishes, with as many local, and sustainably produced ingredients as possible.

Time to say ta ta to the Dominicana

It’s been a fabulous cocktail we’ve had on the menu for over a year

A beloved classic enjoyed by many

But as the darkness approaches, we’re entering a new phase

One with Jazz and espresso. We might even take up smoking.

Everybody needs a little something.

For us, it’s starting the day out with plenty of elegant cocktail napkins because we plan to serve lots of delicious cocktails.

Or at least, we like it when you do!

A lot of guests come in and bring games they picked up at and they have a great time playing with friends, drinks and snacks

A guest asked if we had any cards he could use, and i told him only gift cards, which we offer in any amount, but he meant playing cards.

So I went ahead and got a couple decks in case anyone wants to play some games.

We also have dice for yahtzee and pig.

What’s your favorite card game, cap hill? Are you a speed boy or a rat screw girlie??
