3 years ago this week they tore it down. 30 years ago today the doors opened. I still miss it and all the great friendships I made there. I think about often and wish I had realized how lucky I was at the time. Still the best thing I’ve ever been a part of. Happy Anniversary to the Nick! ❤️

Pictured here is The Big Fatty Steak Burrito - awww yeahhhh! We take a flour tortilla and stuff it with carne asada, pinto beans & rice. Then top it off with red chili sauce, melted cheddar, fresh pico de gallo, and sour cream. All of this for $18.

We are also serving up a Patty Melt! Our take on the classic features our smash burger topped with grilled onions, Swiss cheese, and secret sauce on toasted rye bread for $16.

The legacy of the Nick will always be the people. The ones who worked here & the ones who came here and how we all connected to each other. The only constant is change…
Time has come for this era to end. October 31st will be the “last call” for us. We will be closing permanently. So make sure to get by in the coming weeks to say farewell. 26+ years is a long time & we’ve loved just about every minute of it. Look forward to seeing lots of faces & sharing some stories.
