To our customers, employees past and present, community and our vendors…

Please accept our heartfelt gratitude for your loyal support of Bar Cantinetta over the last ten years. Your presence in and out have helped shape and define the essence of a true neighborhood restaurant. Our run has been entirely successful because of you. However, it is with a heavy heart that Bar Cantinetta will be closing its doors at this location on Monday, May 15. So many memories of laughter, banter, wonderful candlelit dinners, and late night dancing will not be forgotten.

As many of you know, our larger Cantinetta restaurants remain steadfast in Wallingford and Bellevue and will continue to carry the torch. Our next endeavor for Bar Cantinetta is not completely decided. We love the Madison Valley and the surrounding community, and our openness to finding a new space with similar attributes, in a manageable building, will remain at the top of our list.

Our "Dry Creek" mocktail makes a sober Wednesday a little bit easier. Made with non-alcoholic Pathfinder Amaro, Wilderton Botanical, cinnamon and apple cider, this really feels like an autumn cocktail.

In anticipation of a new menu rolling out next week, Chef Donny at Bar Cantinetta has some exciting specials tonight! This decadent antipasti is one of them: toasted Macrina baguette, San Danielle prosciutto, roasted figs with blackberry balsamic and a foie gras sauce.
