THREE new beers for you today!

South Park Pils: German-style Pilsner. Saphir and Saaz hops. Bready, floral, and subtle spice. 5.0%

Eden Hill: West Coast Pils. Hopped with Adeena, Loral, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Light bread, cracker, citrus, and subtle berry/pine. Crisp and refreshing. 5.7%

Throwaway Style: Hazy IPA. Citra, Mosaic, SImcoe, and a touch of Columbus. Berry, dank, pine, resin, and stone fruit esters. We experimented with a new yeast and it dropped a bit brighter than we would like, but the aroma and flavor are on point for a hazy! 6.6%

All three are in cans and on tap in West Seattle. As soon as beers kick in Queen Anne, they’ll go on there. Admiral Club members will be able to redeem tomorrow.
