Ethan—our bar manager and resident vibes‑curator—has been keeping the cocktails sharp and the energy high at our Haus for over two years. When he’s not running the bar like a well‑oiled stein machine, he’s working out, hitting the outdoors, going to concerts, making art, playing video games, or hanging with his very good doggo.
His current drink obsession? The Blackberry Beret, created by our bartender Zmo—rum‑forward, sweet, tart, and just funky enough to keep things interesting.
