Midsommar bandanas have arrived!! They are up on the web store as well as at our Interbay taproom (they’ll be up at Phinney tomorrow).

We also decided to do a *PRE ORDER* for a reprint of both our Midsommar tee and crop tee because y’all wiped us out this weekend!

We’ll have the PRE ORDER shirts available for purchase until the end of this week thru our web store! You know where the link is.

Too much good beer for one post! Today we are also releasing Strange Phenomena.

Strange Phenomena is bottle conditioned, mixed fermentation ale aged in oak barrels on Pacific Northwest cherries and raspberries. This came from a single puncheon we selected a few months ago, so we don’t have much of it.
We get a bright, fruit punch-y raspberry and dark cherry aroma and flavor with a pronounced yet restrained acidity that finishes dry with a light, well balanced funk character.
This is a fantastic fruited ale that is perfect for the sunny days ahead.

Both taprooms will have bottles and draft available!

Today in both taprooms we’re releasing a fresh take on RANSOM NOTE TO HEAVEN Hazy IPA.

Brewed with a blend of fluffy wheat and fruity malted spelt & hopped aggressively with a blend of Nectaron, Krush in the kettle and dry-hopped with Nectaron, Mosaic T90, & Ramosa. This iteration of our tropical Hazy IPA is bursting with bruised canteloupe, yellow guava, and peach nectar. Smooth, and densely hoppy.

We’ve also got Ransom Note tees in both taprooms and the online store.

If you’re off of work today (Happy Juneteenth everybody!!) stop by one of our taprooms for a pint and a 4-pack.

The Midsommar merch is finally in house! A new unisex tee, a harmony of the sun crop tee, small batch made in US bandanas, two tone caps, and solid brass pins.

There will be limited amounts of all of this in Interbay when we open at noon on Saturday and a small amount of some items at Phinney as well.

Come celebrate Midsommar with us in Interbay on Saturday. We’ll have the movie on the projector, a big ass maypole, flower crown decorating, exclusive beer infusions (including a candy cap mushroom infused midnight still!!) and all of this merch.

This Saturday for our Midsommar celebration, the Premier Wheat Beer Brewery in Interbay™️ is teaming up with the Best Pizza Place in Interbay™️ to bring you a special pie for one day only!

Almost too beautiful to eat, but it smells and tastes too good to resist, this special has a ricotta cream base, fennel pollen, edible flowers from Bumblebee Farm in Woodinville, hot honey, mozzarella, provolone and grana padano.

is even opening up at Noon to make sure the early birds have a chance to get their hands on one of these pies! For our latest small batch ball cap we’ve sourced 12oz, 100% cotton, natural indigo dyed, Japanese milled Sashiko fabric. Hand-stitched in the US by the experts who formerly crafted for Ebbets Field Flannels, these caps feature a 1950s-inspired horsehair crown and premium details like a leather strap, brass clasp, classic green satin underbrim, and felt appliqué logo.

Because it’s natural indigo-dyed, your cap will fade and develop a unique, one-of-a-kind patina as you wear it—just like your favorite raw denim.

Available now at both taprooms and in our online store. These are very limited and won’t last long.

On draught and in 4-packs this week we have Fedallah’s Hearse WCIPA and Draw Down the Moon German-Style Pils.

We liked our 11th Anniversary Pils so much that we decided to give it a real name and make it a (semi) regular thing! This is a simple and delicious pils, made with Wyermann Pilsner malt and hopped throughout the boil with Tettnang and Hallertauer Mittelfruh. The hops and awesome malt just shine. Crystal clear and perfectly carbonated from an ice cold nap in our lagering tanks. We’re gonna be absolutely crushing this one.

Fedallah’s Hearse is a West Coast IPA brewed using a base of Pilsner malt, along with copious amounts of flaked rice. It was hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and Simcoe, and then dry-hopped with Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, and Galaxy. Presenting boldly on the palate with layers of key lime sugar cookies, pineapple flesh, and peach nectar. Balanced in bitterness with a refreshing dryness.

Stop by either taproom for a pint or 4-pack.
