Pronounced uh-sturr - not asteer :-):-):-):-) a/stir (formerly Capitol Cider) has been in the heart of Capitol Hill for over a decade and has now been reimagined, sporting a fresh palette and contemporary art against the century old brick and warm, welcoming booths. Our upstairs restaurant serves Northern Mediterranean (think Spanish, French, Italian, Greek and Turkish), gluten-free dishes in a casual yet elevated space and offers one of the most exquisitely curated cider, wine, and cocktail lists in the city. Leverage the knowledge of our staff to explore the complementary and often surprising connections between food and drink. And yes, of course we kept all Capitol Cider favorites.

This is not run-of-the-mill, boring old pub quiz with just predictable questions and answers but real trivia with audio, video rounds, deck building, game-ified interactive components.
