Hey, this is Lucas from Sonya’s. I try not to post that often, but… here I am.

Sonya’s will be open every day at 11:00am for every 12:00pm FIFA World Cup Matches. We will have beverages for those people over 21+ ages but offer no food. Instead, we have partnered with our friends and Neighbors at Biscuit Bitch so that if you patron their establishment, you are more than welcome to enjoy your feast, maybe a beverage, and maybe an indoor environment to root for whomever you wish, at our establishment. Make sure to get your food before their 1:00pm closing time.

We haven’t done something like this before. We’ll see how it works out. In the meantime, eat, drink, and be merry.

There's no better day to knock back a couple Pacificos and binge watch quality Mexican cinema than on Siete de Mayo. Back bar opens at 6:00, movies start at 7:00.

When Cinco de Mayo comes around, washing down some tacos with tequila sounds like the move. Unfortunately for some of us, going to a Mexican bar and celebrating this particular holiday could be considered cultural appreciation, or, as the kids put it these days, "cringe." Drinking guilt-free is still easy, at Sonya's. Just tell your friends you're celebrating the 10 year anniversary of Valerie and Lucas's acquisition of Sonya's, so you can come through to celebrate and take a tequila shot to that. I recommend our bistec street-style tacos, if you want to get festive.
