Join us Monday April 13th for a dinner from Matt Pachmayr and Amy Beaumier inspired by Death & Co.: Modern Classic Cocktails and State Bird Provisions: A Cookbook. You’ll have four Chartreuse cocktails alongside four delicious courses. This dinner is one seating at 7pm, tickets available at the Eventbrite link in bio.

“Death & Co. was the first cocktail book to show me how a deep understanding and love for classic cocktails could fuel and inspire creativity. This book is a foundational building block for me personally, and it gave me an entry point to my love for Chartreuse.” - Matt

“I love this book. I bought it in 2018, shortly after it was made available and when I worked at that one wacky tasting menu restaurant, one of the custard recipes became something I tweaked to fit the ever changing menus and leaned on pretty hard. A friend was absolutely obsessed with recreating the famous Garlic Bread with Burrata, but didn’t ever succeed. I did get to eat this and many, many tasty things when I dined at State Bird Provisions for my 40th birthday with two of my best friends, a very memorable meal. I can’t wait to cook some of these amazing dishes on the 13th.” - Amy
