We’re excited to welcome the Vice President of Hideyoshi Brewery from Akita, Japan to Hannyatou!

We’ll be pouring:

🥂 Hideyoshi La Chamte Sparkling
🌸 Hideyoshi “Hanami” Junmai Ginjo

🍶 HACHINOHE SHUZO SAKE NIGHT 🍶

We’re excited to welcome a special guest from Hachinohe Shuzo, the historic Aomori brewery behind Mutsu Otokoyama & Hassen, to Hannyatou!

Founded in 1775 in the coastal city of Hachinohe, Aomori, Hachinohe Shuzo has been brewing sake for generations, shaped by the cold northern climate, pristine local water, and the food culture of the sea.

For one night only, we’ll be pouring 3 different sakes side by side. Come taste, compare, and meet the brewery manager to hear the stories behind the bottles.
