We’re declaring fall officially toast season, and to kick us off is our Trout Toast! Smoked local steelhead trout (but honestly it tastes practically like smoked salmon) on a bed of white bean spread, dolloped on our freshly baked sourdough bread, and topped with pickled veggies — this toast has it all! Healthy fats and protein richness from the trout, grounded earthiness and fober from the beans, tart veggie goodness in the pickles, and the ever necessary fluffy carbs!! from the delicious sourdough. A snack that will be satiating for both your mind and soul!
