Wallingford friends, we're headed your way!

Every Wednesday from 3 to 7 PM, you can find our Republic of Cider stand at Meridian Park for the Wallingford Farmers Market. We absolutely love the vibe of this market and can’t wait to see some familiar faces (and meet some new ones, too!).

Whether you're a dedicated cider fan or just curious about what's in the bottle, stop by and say hi. We’ve always got samples ready, so you can find exactly what fits your mood. We're bringing a full lineup including our own craft pours, plus favorites from Woodinville and Empyrical.

Need a little snack for your walk? We’ve got ROC Bites on hand, and we haven't forgotten the non-alcoholic options for a crisp, refreshing treat while you browse the stalls.

Our wine collection just got a stunning new addition! 🍷✨

For those who know us well, you know we love pushing the boundaries of craft fermentation beyond just cider. Today, we’re thrilled to spotlight our latest release: the Late Season Red Plum Wine. 🍑🇹🇼

This one is a heartfelt nod to Emily’s Taiwanese heritage: a fizzy, artisanal take on a traditional Taiwanese-style plum wine, handcrafted right here in S**O from the very last fruit of the season.

At 8.5% ABV, it’s semi-sweet, bubbly, and perfectly captures that deep, sun-ripened flavor. Whether you’re a longtime fan of our wine projects or just discovering our range, this is one you won’t want to miss.

It's that time of the month again, Republic of Cider family. On Friday, June 12th, we’re hosting our Stitch & Bitch gathering! Whether you're a knitting pro, a crochet enthusiast, or just starting out with embroidery, everyone is welcome at our table.

This isn't just about the crafts; it's about the connection. Our taproom becomes a cozy hub where the magic happens: good conversation, creative chaos, and the best artisanal cider in Seattle made from 100% Washington apples. Come hang out, share your current project, and enjoy a flight while you work. It’s the perfect way to unwind and find your balance in our welcoming community space.

There’s something special about keeping it local right here in the heart of S**O. 🍎

Being an independent, small-batch cidery means we get to do things our own way. For us, that’s all about the freedom to experiment and get a little bold! Whether it’s the refreshing twist of our Winter Melon or the playful kick of Sassy Peaches, every drop is a labor of love produced right here in-house.

We’re proud to be part of the Seattle makers community, wearing many hats (and sometimes boots!) to bring you authentic, artisanal cider that you won't find anywhere else. It’s a bit of creative chaos sometimes, but seeing the Republic of Cider family enjoy a flight makes every minute of fermentation worth it. 🥂

Summer is officially around the corner, and we’re leaning into those long, sunny Seattle evenings!

Starting this Saturday, June 6th, we’re shifting to our new summer hours. We’ll be opening a bit later and staying open into the night: every Saturday from 4 PM to 9 PM.

Think of it as your new Saturday sunset ritual. Whether you’re wrapping up a busy day or just looking for a place to duck out of the heat and refresh, come swing by the taproom. There’s nothing like a chilled glass of our sparkling craft cider to help you cool off and find your second wind.

We’re just 12 minutes from S**O Station and plenty of parking: the perfect spot to grab a pour before or after your evening plans. Bring a friend, grab a flight, and let’s make the most of these beautiful PNW nights together.

We’ve missed those sunny Saturday vibes, and we can’t wait to see you all for the SLU Farmers Market Opening Day this Saturday, June 6th. Whether you’re a long-time cider fan or just out for a weekend stroll, come say hi! We’ll be right by The Spheres (2100 6th Ave) from 10am to 3pm with all your favorite craft pours. Pro tip: there’s free parking in the nearby Amazon garages, so you can take your time exploring all the local makers and farmers.
