Born from the creative minds of brothers Nafer, Santiago, and Juan, Raiz Atelier is setting a new standard as the very first specialty coffee shop in Luján, Buenos Aires, bringing our machines to life behind the bar.

Under one roof, world-class sourdough and delicate viennoiserie meet uncompromising coffee standards. They exclusively pull 85+ SCA-scored beans, currently dialing in a vibrant, washed Peruvian Geisha packed with floral and fruity notes. ☕✨

They opened in November 2025 with one simple mission: make everything in-house from scratch. Today, their team crafts every syrup, pastry, and baked good right in the back. Their dedication to quality has already earned them a sweep of local bakery and coffee awards across the Tulsa Metro area.
