As many of you know, we originally planned to hold off on our seasonal saison this year. We'll it seems our hearts had other plans. We just couldn't go a year without one of our favorite seasonals!

For a limited time, Our Ghost Pepper Saison will be available as a TAPROOM ONLY release!

Come by Friday October 30th from 5:30-7:30pm for our first Trunk or Treat!

We'll be partnering with several familiar faces to support the Seattle Children's Hospital Celiac Disease Program! We'll also be collecting gluten-free shelf-stable food for St. Mary's Food Bank 🎃.

We’re making Halloween fun, festive, and worry-free for gluten-free families. Come dressed up, bring the kiddos, and get ready for plenty of treats! 🧡

🍺 Sweet Alyssum IPA: brewed with Cascade hops straight from Hopsfest 2026. Available exclusively in the taproom, plus Crowlers & Growlers to take home.

🍺 Dolcita Fresh Hop: a bigger batch brewed with Dolicita hops, so there’s plenty to go around. Available on tap now and coming to shelves nationwide!

🥨A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Oktoberfest with us at Ghostfish Brewing Company! We had such a blast clinking steins, filling up on bratwurst, and getting to see so many wonderful faces from our community 🫶!
