Washington State Call to Action: Voice your opposition to SB 5067

SB 5067 would lower the BAC threshold for a DUI from .08 to .05. Lowering the BAC level without any training or tools to identify an individual who has reached a .05 limit would put both our breweries and staff at risk, among other serious concerns.

After passing the Senate on a razor thin vote, the House Community Safety committee is holding a public hearing on SB 5067 tomorrow morning. WBG will be testifying in opposition along with hospitality industry partners.
