We are excited to host a curated wine tasting pop-up featuring Oregon winemaker Bethany Kimmel and her personal project, The Color Collector. Shaped by her experience at Analemma and Syncline, Bethany creates small-lot wines designed for conversation and charm. Stop by to enjoy her juicy, floral Gamay and other approachable bottles.
