After a 5 month pause, Bottlehouse is back open on Mondays starting this week.

For over 10 years we’ve been open 7 days a week, and while the little break was needed, having the lights back on every day again feels really good.

Mondays have always had their own kind of magic around here - slower pours, long conversations, industry friends, neighborhood regulars, and easing into the week with a glass in hand. Excited to bring that rhythm back.

From April 19–26, we’ll be pouring a special cocktail menu featuring our Spring favorites - Pamplemousse [frozen grapefruit spritz w/ vin blanc, vanilla and vermouth] and Fête de la Fleur [Hibiscus-lavender-infused vermouth, manzanilla sherry and lavender] along with new addition, the Elderflower Spritz [Zero-proof w/ vermouth, elderflower & thyme simple, grapefruit topped with/ soda].

At Bottlehouse, we’ve always leaned into a more thoughtful way of drinking — low-proof, no-proof, and everything in between. With more people embracing a little balance (zebra striping included), it feels like the right moment to highlight that side of the program.

It’s also our first time participating, which makes it even more fun to be part of what’s happening across the city.
