For the first time ever, we will be showing a sporting event at the ballard cut! To be clear, this is a temporary thing and we will only do this when the timing fits well.

Mariners playoff games, Seahawks playoffs etc are what we will do, and only when we are open for normal business hours.

Every year we do our annual Pappy Van Winkle dinner but it’s morphed into something more than that. We close to the general public and sell tickets (rare for us), open up the most ridiculous bottles we can find from the legendary Buffalo Trace distillery and throw an absolute rager of a party. It’s tiring, but one of my favorite nights of the whole year! Cheers and happy holidays everyone.

Come and join us with friends or family for our Whiskey 101 class! Tommy finally said yes to doing some more of them and we’re all very excited about it, these are great for all levels.

Saturday, December 13th and 27th

$250 per head, link in bio

These will be the only dates in December and more Dates to be announced after that.

Classes will go over many different types of distillate from the major regions you’ve come to know and go over historical functions of each type from the classic ways it’s made in said regions.

Snacks are served with this 2.5 hour class, which starts at 1pm for each Saturday and will conclude right before happy hour begins.

Introducing our new holiday kits! Selected versions of single barrel picks that exemplify what classic recipes of American whiskey have to offer pertaining to the percentage of rye grain present in their respective recipes. Exclusive to the ballard cut editions, you may have had one of these expressions before but not this one (unless you’ve come in already). Price is $125 per kit, and includes a YouTube video explaining more in depth what the differences between are between recipes.

Perfect for any holiday gathering or that friend who is getting into whiskey themselves, this gift is sure to be a hit! Custom kits available as well, inquire within. For large corporate orders, please call ahead.

Incredibly honored to have the first barrel of bourbon on the west coast! This is from a “boutique distillery” in Bardstown 😉

Soft caramel with round and well j corporates spice tones that smooth h out to a full bodied and balanced finish. One of the most complete bourbons I’ve had from a an independent bottling in the last 10yrs.
