Help us welcome Mali to the Aerlume team. We're excited to have her on board and can't wait for our guests to get to know her.

A few fun facts about Mali: She's been in 14 stage productions and has fallen on stage in 3 of them (a true professional.) She loves karaoke, sleeping, and embracing a good bed rot day. She dreams of becoming an actor and directing movies. Her favorite Aerlume menu item is our cheesecake.

With experience at Ruth's Chris and The Matador, Mali brings plenty of hospitality experience, but what she's most excited about is helping make everyone's day a little better at Aerlume.

We asked our chefs: “What’s your favorite thing to make with El Gaucho Seattle spices?” The answers ranged from restaurant favorites to go-to recipes at home.

A great spice blend can transform a steak, elevate roasted vegetables, or become the secret ingredient everyone asks about at the dinner table. 🔥
