We had a lot of fun at our latest Buffalo Trace private barrel release with Drew Mayville and Brad “Dusty” Bonds was one of our favorite nights of the year.
Great stories, classic cocktails, exceptional bourbon, and because we felt the occasion was right, a 1989 Weller Antique.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. The Diller Room was built for nights like this.

It takes a tremendous amount of effort to keep our wh***ey wall stocked with the rarest. It feels extra rewarding when we are recognized with a special visitor who brings a special bottle. This time Drew Mayville, the Master Blender from Buffalo Trace distillery honored us by bringing us an extremely rare “Mr.Sam’s” and placed it on the wall himself. He nearly gave us all a heart attack by pretending to drop it but still😂
It’s was an amazing event with rare Bourbons, cocktails and distillery insider secrets. We are so proud to represent the city we love pouring world renowned whiskies as we have for 132 years here in the heart of Seattle.
