BUTCHER CUT- Herb & Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chop
14 oz Frenched bone-in pork chop with a crispy Parmesan, garlic and fresh herb crust, served with Parmesan steak fries, charred broccolini and roasted garlic-shallot demi-glace.

Fresh diced ahi tuna, avocado, mango, cucumber, Fresno chile, pickled red onion and cilantro tossed in a yuzu-lime citrus marinade, served over chilled sushi rice and finished with scallions, sesame seeds and crispy wontons.
