⭐️STAFF SPOTLIGHT⭐️
Meet one of our incredible bartenders, Haleigh Ledbetter! Haleigh is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. She moved to Florida after falling in love with the beach during childhood vacations. 🏖️
Haleigh started as a LaCo server in summer 2024, and transitioned into bartending in spring 2025. She loves serving guests that are on vacation because they're so happy! Haleigh will always recommend the Scallop Aguachile, because of its unique flavors – she'd never had a ceviche with scallops before chef added them to the menu and now she simply cannot live without them.
Some fun facts about Haleigh...
👰♀️ She recently got engaged to her fiancé, Blaine (check out that 💍 !) and enjoys swimming, paddleboarding, baking and spending time with him.
🎨 She went to school at Central Piedmont in North Carolina, where she earned a degree in graphic design.
📺 Her top two TV shows of all time are, "Friends" and "Game of Thrones", in no particular order.
