Folks often ask if I bring back the lettuce or other greens that didn't sell the week before. Never. You always get freshly cut and washed greens from me each week. And the goats are all too happy to help take care of last week's!

A rainy Sunday afternoon is a great time for planting out tomato starts in the high tunnel. I planted slicers today - black krim, brandywine, new girl, moon glow, German pink, and trophy. Cherry tomatoes will go in the ground later this week.

The Scottsville Farmers Market opens this Saturday, April 1st.

I don't have enough ready to come this week, but come out and see all the other vendors. And I'll be there starting April 8th with salad mixes and radishes.
