This is what happens when a churro and French toast stop competing for brunch and just team up. Torched, dusted in cinnamon sugar, pulled apart to show off that dulce de leche center, then loaded with blackberry compote and whipped cream.

Weekend brunch at Toro, Saturdays and Sundays. Come hungry. We’ll handle the rest.

Behind the bar, Donny is shaking up something with a little South American soul.

Our Passionfruit Pisco Sour brings together pisco, bright passionfruit and a refreshing twist on a classic. Tropical, vibrant and right at home at Toro.

Come for one. Stay for another.

Watch Chef Smit start his prep for Omakasito, along with the idea behind the whole menu this season: PRESERVATION.

Before refrigeration, it wasn’t a technique, it was survival. Salt. Smoke. Fermentation. Time. The methods that made a season last became some of the most celebrated traditions in cooking.

That’s what’s driving Omakasito: Taking the fleeting flavors of autumn and giving them new life through pickling, brining, fermentation, smoking and aging.

September’s Omakasito is already waitlisted but add your name and we’ll reach out if a seat opens. Missed this one? Get on the list now for the next.
