This event highlights the range and character of the Field Recordings portfolio, beginning with a vibrant sparkling w**e, followed by a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, an elegant Pinot Noir, and a fun and approachable Napa Cabernet.

Each w**e will be matched with a complementary dish designed to enhance its texture, aromatics, and overall expression. It’s an engaging way to explore how food and w**e elevate one another while experiencing the distinct personality of this California producer.

A relaxed, enjoyable evening of great w**es, purposeful pairings, and a deeper look at what makes Field Recordings so compelling!

Start with a welcome cocktail and charcuterie before a Sagamore barrel steward leads you through a four-pour tasting featuring:

Trevor’s liquor store, restaurant and bar will all open at 8 AM, so you can shop, grab breakfast and enjoy a drink throughout the event.
