PINEAPPLE WHISKEY SMASH
2 oz Landmark Whiskey
3–4 cubes fresh pineapple
6–8 fresh mint leaves
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters

Muddle pineapple, lemon juice, and mint in a shaker.
Add Landmark Whiskey, simple syrup, bitters, and ice, then shake until cold.
Double strain into a rocks glass over a large fresh ice cube.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig.

APPLE CINNAMON WHISKEY SMASH
2 oz Landmark Whiskey
3–4 mint leaves
1/2 oz cinnamon simple syrup
3 oz apple cider
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

Muddle mint, lemon, and cinnamon syrup in a shaker.
Add Landmark Whiskey and apple cider, then shake with ice until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick, mint sprig, and apple slice.

BLACKBERRY WHISKEY SMASH
2 oz Landmark Whiskey
4–5 fresh blackberries
6–8 fresh mint leaves
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup

Muddle blackberries, mint, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker.
Add Landmark Whiskey and ice, then shake hard.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or dump contents for a rustic look
Garnish with a mint sprig and skewered blackberries.
