Cheesy Sausage Hashbrown Bites
Ingredients
2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Mix hash browns, sausage, cheese, eggs, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spoon into a greased mini muffin pan and press lightly. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy around the edges.
