This format allows us to highlight the w**es in a more meaningful way—focusing on varietals, w**emaking style, and pairing insights—while still offering delicious, seasonal bites along the way.

We feel extraordinarily lucky to be joined by former sommelier turned acclaimed w**emaker Patrick Cappiello for a special night celebrating the vibrant w**es of Monte Rio Cellars. Monte Rio Cellars focuses on heritage and classic California varieties and maintains a commitment to making w**e naturally with no additives and with organic farming practices. Known for his commitment to historic vineyards and minimal-intervention w**emaking, Patrick crafts w**es that are both soulful and endlessly drinkable at a price point rarely seen out of California these day—and this is a rare opportunity to experience them alongside the person who brings them to life.
